Sol TV is a new kind of emotional wellness community.

We came up with the idea for Sol TV because we ​​wanted to create an uplifting video-based platform that exclusively delivers emotional wellness content—with a search tool that finds inspiring content based on feelings. We’re here to offer up a diverse mix of old and new ideas, and we’re doing that through a community of creators who are wellness experts, psychologists, and other wise souls. Sol TV will always be a safe place where people can voice what they’re going through and be curious about making sense of the world.
