I’ve been dealing with some persistent neck and lower back pain, and I’m finally ready to try chiropractic care. I’m looking for recommendations or personal experiences to help me choose the right provider. When I searched for a chiropractor near me, I got tons of results, and it’s hard to know which ones are reputable.

I’d love to hear your suggestions on chiropractors you trust, especially if they specialize in spinal alignment or chronic pain. Bonus if they’re friendly and take insurance.
