Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide customer product inquiry/availability details via phone, email, and chat upon request; deliver copies of pricing and invoices when needed; identify and coordinate resolution of any issues that may negatively affect customer satisfaction.
- Create requests in databases to support customer orders such as new customer account set up and customer pricing and provide estimated release dates for product items that are currently unavailable.
- Support cross functional teams as staffing needs require.
- Work with Supply Chain to support on-time delivery and other company KPI’s.
- Manage short supply situations, backorders and manual allocations as required.
- Enter all contact information into appropriate database(s) in compliance with Company and Regulatory policies.
- Resolve service complaints to the satisfaction of the customer within established company guidelines and according to FDA/ISO/cMDR and other regulations governing medical devices and HIPAA regulations.
About you: To be successful in this role, you require:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Proven ability to handle customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to comply with all company, departmental, and applicable quality system work instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to compose accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all customer contacts.
- Minimum SAP, Microsoft Office Applications. Salesforce preferred.
