How do you manage your stress?

I just wondering how people manage their own stress as I have so many things going on and also detected as hypertension and I wondering how I can manage my stress?

Stress is part of life and I think everyone have same issues. Normally I spend little time in nature as it makes you calm and distract you from problems and make you fresh. You can also do yoga too. You can also follow your hobbies.

Normally when I feel down or nervous and feel demotivated, I normally spend time with my kids as they are my strength and they helps me relive my stress.

Stress is very dangerous for our life and if you manage your stress than it have good impact on you health. Long-term stress prevention and management can reduce your chance of developing additional disorders such as heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and depression.
